1. Are flights included in the price?

We are an accommodation and excursions supplier. We advise you that you make sure that there is availability for flights for your selected destination before you book accommodation via our website.

2. Are the prices on your site per person or per room?

All prices displayed are the total cost, inclusive of all rooms and guests, unless stated otherwise.

3. How do I know it is safe to book online?

Using your credit card to book your room online with Travelitza.com is 100% secure. We use the most up-to-date encryption to keep your credit card details safe.

4. If I change my mind can I cancel or amend my booking?

Bookings can be amended subject to paying an admin fee and any difference in price for the new booking and any cancellations are subject to cancellation charges.

5. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

We will send you a confirmation email to tell you that your booking has been made.

6. What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?

The check-in and check-out times differ from property to property, but in general the times are check-in 14:00 and check-out 10:00. Where possible we will include this information in the hotel description.

7. Who do I contact if I have a problem overseas?

All enquiries and problems in resort should be reported to your hotel reception at your earliest convenience. You must ensure that you give them and the hotel management every possible opportunity to rectify any problems you may have. In Spain and Turkey you may report to our representative-guide in the area.

8. Will there be a representative to meet us?

Yes in Spain (Costa Brava, Costa Dorada, Costa del Sol, Mallorca, Ibiza, Tenerife, Gran canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura) we have a help desk at the majority of airports where we will welcome you and also a guide will visit you in your hotel.
In Turkey (Antalya region, Lara, Belek, Kemer, Bodrum, Kundu, Side, Alanya,Marmaris,Kusadasi, Didim, Fethiye) our guides will welcome you at airport and visit you in the hotel.
The rest of areas in the world, the hotel receptionists and our call center will be at your disposal.

9. I cancelled my hotel reservation. When will I be refunded?

A refund normally can take up to 7 working days to reach your account.

10. How can I book excursions ?

You can review the excursions in the Excursions section, but to reserve an excursion or more you must choose a hotel and when you are in the process of booking the hotel, it will be displayed to you all the excursions again. Then you can book excursion –s you wish
